Identifying rejected items vs new items

In the user home page there is no distinction between items which have been rejected back to the user, and new items.

These could maybe be displayed differently. This would require a flag to be set.

Also.. It would be nice if the editors comments got stored with the eprint for reference.

If we have the "first live" timestamp then that would solve the problem. If it's set, then the eprint has been moved back out of the live archive.

[1273] makes this possible. If an eprint has datestamp set then it has been live. Need to be added as a feature or instructions?

We have a first live timestamp, and also a history, so this is largely solved.
