Prof. Harnad would like a feature to allow a named list of external people to be able to view an eprint.

Authentication can be handled by: a) giving people accounts b) giving these people one-time logins to a seperate section c) creating access via a long URL with a unique code in it.

Creating the list of referees (or whatever) could be handled by: a )a list of email addresses b) a list of eprints user names
