1995	Repository cover page for PDFs	tdb01r	tdb01r	"It would be useful to have the ability to add cover-pages to PDF documents, both to brand documents as belonging to the repository (Google et al tend to link directly to the full-text), but also to provide relevant links.

Thoughts for things the cover-page could include:

 * Repository name and logo
 * Abstract page link
 * Document citation + links to export formats (BibTeX etc.)
 * Embed metadata into PDF
 * Copyright agreement

This could be implemented using Latex which would also allow the PDFs to display the same way (i.e. so regardless of the original PDF's settings it always displays full page-width). May also be able to default to showing the 2nd page first (so the cover-page is available but doesn't get in the way)?
