Description

The /perl/ to /cgi/ redirect loses the HTTP port.

e.g.

http://cakeordeath.ecs.soton.ac.uk:8080/perl/openurl gets redirected to http://cakeordeath.ecs.soton.ac.uk/cgi/openurl
