Add a method to DataSets to get the 'datestamp' field

It would be useful to have a method to get the field that should be used for working out what's new in a dataset. Currently this is lastmod for EPrint, datestamp for Access, joined for User, timestamp for History. Document, SavedSearch? and Subject don't have an appropriate field (undef).

This could be used to support incremental harvesting of more than just eprint objects.
