Description

Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /opt/eprints3/perl_lib/EPrints/Search/Condition.pm line 126.

$ bin/send_alerts --version send_alerts (GNU EPrints eprints-3.0.2-beta-1)

Same warnings also seen when running bin/epadmin recommit
