Description

<epp:phrase id="cgi/users/buffer:buffer_blurb"><p>Click on the title of an item to view, edit, accept or reject it.</p></epp:phrase>

The phrase says to click on a title, but the title is no longer clickable in the review screen. On the repository I'm working on, I've changed it to:

<epp:phrase id="cgi/users/buffer:buffer_blurb"><p>Click on an icon to the right of an item to view, edit, return, delete or accept it.</p></epp:phrase>
