Add apachevhost to the auto-secure apache conf file

It would be great to have a local apachevhost include for the secure web site.

To add to auto-secure.conf:

Include /opt/eprints3/archives/ARCHIVE_ID/cfg/securevhost.conf

secure https is based on an existing <VirtualHost?>, so this doesn't make a lot of sense (edit the main <VirtualHost?> declaration?).

Either way, generate_apacheconf doesn't overwrite now so you can edit the file directly.
