To reproduce:

* edit saved_search workflow and add public field * create saved search and select YES to public field * make note of saved search URL eg.  http://asdf.ecs.soton.ac.uk/id/saved_search/1 * logout and go to saved search URL

Expected result: see saved search results

Actual result: asked to authenticate

Attached patch has been tested with 3.3.8 and fixes problem.

The patch works by introducing special cases for saved search dataobjs - there may be a more elegant way to do it.
