Validation of min_resolution as described by  http://wiki.eprints.org/w/Date_field does not seem to be implemented.

Removed by r7606 (never been implemented).

Instead, add help via the workflow configuration and apply validation via EP_TRIGGER_VALIDATE_FIELD.
