Cache table counter - possible issue

The ECS eprints archive has reached 20million in it's cache counter. That is just a value used to generate unique ID's for temporary tables.

Check to see what the maximum value for that field is.

Possibly pick a number at which the counter resets to zero.

This will be an issue when you get to 2 billion (INT(11)=signed 32bit).

Can be easily fixed in DB with BIGINT or making it unsigned.
